Aspell Estate offers a collection of distinctive spaces, from the expansive, versatile Barn and picture-perfect gardens to the intimate Estate Ballroom. These settings provide a seamless blend of elegance, privacy, and flexibility, giving you the freedom to shape your event exactly as you envision.
The Barn
Originally the estate’s stables, this expansive, converted space offers the perfect setting for large-scale events and receptions. With soaring stud ceilings, warm wooden walls, and polished concrete floors, the barn provides a striking blank canvas — ready to host anything from weddings and celebrations, to corporate gatherings.
Large side doors, which can be left open to connect with the surrounding gardens or closed for an intimate indoor experience, frame a versatile layout that comfortably accommodates up to 150 seated guests or 250 for cocktail-style events. A covered outdoor area extends the space further, offering an easy transition between indoor and outdoor experiences. Discreetly positioned ablution facilities sit just around the side of the barn, offering added convenience for guests.

The Grounds
Aspell Estate’s gardens offer a collection of beautifully curated spaces, each with its own character and charm.
The front lawn, framed by mature trees, provides a stunning setting for ceremonies or outdoor receptions, while the pond and jetty create picture-perfect moments for photography. Scattered throughout the estate, private garden nooks offer intimacy and seclusion, and sweeping rural paddocks and forested areas provide a serene backdrop for larger gatherings.
The grounds are designed to accommodate a range of events — from elegant summer weddings to milestone celebrations, engagement parties, and corporate functions. Marquee options are also available, allowing further flexibility for outdoor events and providing the opportunity to adapt the estate’s spaces to your vision.
The Estate Ballroom

The Estate Ballroom provides an intimate and sophisticated setting for private gatherings, celebratory dinners, or bespoke corporate events. The space features high ceilings, elegant panelled walls, and expansive French doors that open onto a pergola overlooking the estate’s gardens, jetty, and pond beyond.
Accommodating up to 20 guests for a seated meal or 40 for a cocktail-style event, the Ballroom offers flexibility in layout and décor, allowing each occasion to be tailored to your vision. With limited availability, every booking is carefully managed to ensure an exclusive and personalised experience — ideal for those seeking a refined and private setting for milestone celebrations or bespoke corporate functions.
